Oooh, Nordstrom. I've been avoiding clothes shopping, mostly because of having other bills, but yes, the shoes were too good a deal and as you mentioned, life is too short. ;)

Oh, I bought two smoke detectors but didn't get one for carbon monoxide... I'll have to look at them at Menard's, see how much they are!
