OMG, poor thing! I know that if they don't usually bite, there must be a reason they did. Can you find a different groomer?
This one made her look incredible last time. She just hates other dogs and they're a "cage-free" groomer where they hook the doggies to couches (though they promised me the dogs can't get to each other).
