usxuk Secret Santa exchange. One of the prompts from buddha_loves_me was Bandaging wounds during a war, possibly bickering or not…. The requester had several awesome prompts but this sparked the need in me to… er, write an Afghanistan War fic. This didn't turn out quite as light as I’d planned, but I only hope that the requester enjoys it! Thanks oodles to my wonderful beta whymzycal and to the mods for their work organizing the exchange.
