Saiyuki Stories on 7th Night!

The giftfics at 7thnight_smut have been revealed, yay! This is a Saiyuki AU fic exchange-- I was never much into Saiyuki AUs before but I have enjoyed some of the stories very much-- I think people were really stretched by these prompts, and in a good way. I know I would never have written the pairing or the story I did without the prompt, but I enjoyed writing it very much.

The story written for me is a blast!! Pirate!Gojyo in a white poofy shirt, captive Lieutenant Sanzo, hot, hot lovin'. It's here: Golden Treasure: A Romance on the High Seas! I've also read a Pirate!Hakkai/Sanzo, a detective Gojyo/Sanzo, a Rock-Band Saiyuki! AU, and several others I can't do justice to here.

I read that Golden Treasure. Gojyo as a pirate? Ukoku as the scary man with all the power. Who can resist that? I've been trying to think of a sufficiently eloquent, good-enough response to leave behind ever since. It was a really, really fun story.

I thought so, too. I had so much enjoyment reading that, and the romance-novel-ness of it all. :) I have a busy weekend ahead, but I've been trying to read stuff whenever I can.
