I'm lucky or maybe sloppy... I really cranked this puppy out. I just got the idea and ran with it. :)
Did you decide that your idea was AUish enough, then?
As far as selling fanfics, well, there are people who bind them and sell them (like doujinka do in Japan), but it's supposed to be fore "cost of printing" and not for profit. There have been people trying to sell their SW fanfics before on Amazon, and most recently, someone's been trying to sell a fanfic Twilight "sequel."
