Happy Easter!
Apr. 4th, 2010 01:14 pmTo all those who celebrate, Happy Easter! Being the 12-year-olds that we are, we colored eggs and the Easter Bunnies (i.e., each other) brought us baskets.
Our eggs are gorgeous. And get this: we got each other the exact same stuffed lambs.
sharpeslass got me one because it was soft and uber-cute and made of green materials. I did it because, well, the lamb is soft and cute and made of green materials and because I always try to confine my annoying vegetarianism to "baahhhing" at people who are eating lamb, so the lamb was ironic. Hers is named "Kyouya" and mine is creatively named "Lambie-Pie."
Another irony: I eat eggs and love boiling eggs and making deviled eggs, but cannot eat hard-boiled eggs. In anything. Oh, and now M tells me my "baahhing" was integral to her purchasing decision, also.
Eggs, including the "everything" egg (which M calls the "bat guano" egg, because her dad always did)-- and see the cute basket the EB brought me?
