It took me re-reading this over ten times to realize I never left any comment, orz.
I stalked this like a fiend over at the meme and man did I love it, especially because of the time setting. (And I very much appreciated the footnotes, I had some trouble remembering studying this war, so that helped a lot, haha.) The UST is what I probably loved best about this fic, it was so hot and tangible and wonderful; the buildup to their eventual intercourse made it that much more intense and hnnngh. And I think you achieved a lovely balance between them, relationship-wise but I must admit your England makes me weak in the knees slkdfjal ♥. The bits of foreshadowing here and there, what with Boston and America's annoyance with some of England's comments and "icky presents", was a fantastic touch, too.
In short, lovely fic was lovely, I always look forward to see something written by you. :)
