Shameless "hey I was rec'ced post!"

Wow, I keep forgetting to update my webpage. Then, one day I was bored and went to crack_van looking for fic recs. I was rec'ced for a Hornblower HET story (Fair Company) on crack_van. Wow. And I was rec'ced for Lord of the Rings HET (Gift Horses). So I discovered that people are actually visiting my webpage. Bitchen. Nice little suprise. ::Does the hey, people are actually reading my stories, whether they actually WRITE ME TO SAY SO OR NOT Dance::

Then I went to activate my "Star Wars Fanfiction" link. And went through my hard drive. OMG I have like 25+ Star Wars stories. When the heck did I write those? And how am I supposed to find time to html all of them? So only a few of them have made it so far.



Oh well. Beware if you visit. I have stuff ranging from G to NC-17.

Did I ever tell you that the first slash story I read all the way through was one of your Hornblower ones? (I so heart Ioan and Jamie separately -- I guess one could argue that they're even sexier together???)

I think it's interesting that your het stuff is recced on crack van. They seem to be full of slash. But I haven't checked in a while.

LOL! I thought myself that I'd never read/write slash. Still, there are only TWO couples that I can handle slash for: Horatio/Archie and Obi-Wan/Anakin. And is it any surprise that they are both two-pretty-guy, close friend relationships with :ahem: overtones and doomed and oh-so-romantic endings? OMGTehangst!

I also found that very interesting. 99.9% of what is rec'ced on crack_van is SLASH. And yet two different people chose two het stories and said, well if it's gotta be het, this one is pretty tolerable. I don't know whether to be offended or pleased. ;) Nope, of course I'm pleased!

Thanks! Usually I will put them here. Except when it's ::ahem:: more controversial material I wouldn't necessarily want to spam everyone's f-lists with! :) I just put those on my webpage.

I really do need to try and write some "quality" stuff... in fact I may ask for help in my next post. A story is giving me some trouble.
