Welp (not-wonderful family news)

Well, my daddy's pneumonia is very serious and has pretty much finished the damage to his heart and lungs. He is -- hopefully -- coming home today, for his last time. He wants to be at home and please cross your fingers he makes it? There was some question with oxygen levels and what hospice can provide.

Mom and I visited with him and the hospice people yesterday. They are getting everything in order and I hear they are the people who know what they are doing and will make him comfortable.

He is a grumpy old fart and all crusty on the outside but kind and squishy in the middle.
