I wrote Hornblower HET! Two of them! I am so proud of myself. One is Mr. Orrock (what a cutie) and the other is Mr. Bush.

Hornblower Fanfiction Page

And I haven't posted lately, but I was tagged by [livejournal.com profile] ghanistarkiller:

Guilt
What is yours?
Explain yourself
Culinary: Seafood I'm a vegetarian. I eat fish once a year because it was the one thing I couldn't give up. And still I apologize to it.
Literary: Stephanie Plum books My mom lent me one because it was set in Las Vegas. I laughed like a moron.
Audiovisual: The Patriot And it's not even all about Jason Isaacs! That movie makes me weep, at all the manipulative parts. I am so pathetic.
Musical: Extreme's "Hole Hearted" Such a cheesy song. But I love acoustic guitar and guy harmonies.
Celebrity: Star Magazine I really think Jen Aniston should just get over it. Angelina really is more cool than Jen is.

Chanting: one of us! one of us! ;)

So... any good SW challenges lately? I really enjoyed the Fuh-Q-Fest and the swhetgenathon and jedisanta! That's what it takes to make me write... challenges. (Ever get all yours completed, you prolific thing?)

Hee! I really need to pick up a book or rent the show on DVD or something, just to see what you and Rhod are going on about!

Nothing good lately on SW. Though, honestly, there's not much activity in SW at all. I got most of my challenges done, but then signed up for more. XD

I'm going to start up a summer challenge very soon, and open sign-ups next month. :D

Hehe, yes! The Patriot, one of the most emotionally manipulative movies ever and yet I cry like a baby.

Yes, I tagged and I am ashamed for it ;-p I was just trying to think of people who hadn't been tagged by every other poster who's done this meme! Heh! Betcha my bro and sis-in-law don't do it... I'm not even sure they know how to look at their flist.

Ooh, is that the kind of masochistic Bush fic you referred to? I must say, I'm rather intrigued (and will feedback on the rest of Duty & Oysters, I promise!

Peace, Ghani

OH, COOL, another person who likes "period" movies who actually likes The Patriot! I get so much crap for loving that movie. ;) Really, I tell the naysayers it's worth owning if only for that scene with Jason Isaacs shaving next to the creek, and standing in slow motion (hair whipping around) to fight Heath Ledger. Mrowr. And Rene Auberjonois! He's in hardly anything anymore.

Oops, I forgot to put up the Bush fic because I was going to post it on HHaH first. I'll do it tonight. It's icky.

Hugs Dahling!

Pneh. I hate the "period" movie fans who are picky, picky, picky. I always think to myself, 'Christ! Just unscrew your ass for a minute and enjoys omething!' And when they do admit to liking something they have to put a disclaimer on it: "I know it's not accurate..." What, you were there? You know for sure, for 100% sure, that it's not accurate? Silly.

I think The Patriot had to be the first time I noticed Chris Cooper's existence, and then, like, two years later he won the Oscar. Strange, he must have started to stand out. And I agree about Rene Auberjonois!

Oops, I forgot to put up the Bush fic because I was going to post it on HHaH first. I'll do it tonight. It's icky.

Hehe, look forward to it ;-)

Peace, Ghani
