Randomness

So I found out I can't drink alcohol any more. At least, much alcohol. Every time I drink more than three of anything I turn into a pile of mush who is completely sick all the next day. Must be getting old. It's just as well. You'd think a dry weekend or two, though, would be more productive. Not. Instead of what I should have done, all weekend I:

1) Watched more Deadwood. Again. Really, this is such an excellent show, with amazing acting and creative writing. If you haven't watched it, you might try. Not, however, if you are in any way squeamish about (a) very naughty language, (b) sex and/or (c) violence.

2) Played Kingdom Hearts II. I CANNOT beat Sephiroth. I want to, really. I've leveled up to 99, leveled all my forms up to 7, and synthesized countless Defense and Power boosts. HOW do you change into any Form while you are fighting him? He's too busy kicking my butt for me to do anything. Argh!

3) Have NOT seen Pirates. Argh again! Sometimes I just cannot seem to leave the house. We just have people over. Come here if you want to hang out with us. :) Really, though, this week we WILL see Pirates. Orlando, yum.

4) Losing my Hawaiian tan. It's way too hot to go outside in Las Vegas in July. ::snif::

OK, this is truly pathetic, but the main thing I want to say is that I like your icon. Or, to be more exact, I like the shot of Orlando in your icon. I may have to borrow this one from you.

Really, you must see Pirates. It has its faults, but then, it also has its benefits.

Isn't that a yummy one? There's a Disney Icons livejournal that always has good stuff.

We're hoping to see the movie this week... I'm going with an open mind and plans to enjoy it if even only for its silliness and HOT pirates. ;)

I have just bought a PS2 AND Kingdom Hearts II. I'm terrified. I'm not a gamer! I suck at these things! I don't know what I'm doing. I'm level 15 right now and on my way to the Beast's Castle, and I think I'll be crawling to you for advice and help sooner rather than later. Just a warning :).

LOL, I'm no gamer either, and actually, Kingdom Hearts or Zelda are as involved as I get with "gaming" video games. I leave the Final Fantasy and stuff to everyone else. I may be able to help, since I've played it constantly when I wasn't in Hawaii. ;)

I am getting better at fighting Sephiroth, despite not having beat him yet.
