My naughty roommate Cho Melinda ([livejournal.com profile] sharpeslass) has decided to purchase 28 bags of chips from this website:

http://www.anchorsfoodfinds.com/index.html

Check it out-- it's pretty nifty. There are chips that I didn't know existed. A veritable gold mine for me, because while I am not a fan of the plain potato chip, I am a NUT for salt and vinegar potato chips. I made a vow once that I would purchase every bag of salt and vinegar chips I see, if it's a brand I've never tried. Surprisingly, I still do not purchase enough salt and vinegar chips. Thus this website is a find. And CHIPOTLE CHIPS.

Cho Melinda has decided that when we receive our massive box o' chips, we will have a chip-tasting party. She's already named it the Sanzo Party. 'Cause I made her watch 100 episodes of Saiyuki plus two OVAs YAY!

Yes, we do have lives. Not so, I lie! We have no lives. Good thing we have each other, yeah? Actually, I'll be out of town the next two weekends, visiting REAL OTHER PEOPLE YAY!

UPDATE: I got an A in Japanese, YAY!

Salt & vinegar chips rule!

I once tried Prawn Cocktail when I was England a couple of summers ago. Horrible stuff!

I think I tried those-- they were vegetarian. Cho Melinda [livejournal.com profile] sharpeslass says they were gross, but that I liked them. :) Strangely, lots of the meat-flavored British crisps were actually vegetarian, at the British import store.

See, if I didn't have to worry about being a mom and stuff, I'd buy one of those sample boxes and have some of my more-or-less local LJ folks over and have a chip-tasting party too! You can get both Utz and Route 11 around here, so I've had 'em ... Utz is more mainstream, but tasty, and Route 11 is very gourmet.

I think I've had the Utz chips before (maybe I found them on a road trip?) but not the Route 11. I do enjoy gourmet chips... anything in the "natural foods" section of the grocery is usually pretty good. :) And hey, have the party anyway...

XD
What about you translate that doujinshi for me for some bags of chips from Austria and Sweden?
*rofl* see, it was all good that you practiced your...reading skills...so...huh..thoroughly XD Never mind that it was more AH! and uuuh than 'I love you so much I will catch a star and give it to you on your birthday' ~D

Actually I used to be for just salty potato chips but you know what they tend to do to your hips?
-Give them more love handles :D
And sure you have lives. Just not 'normal' ones >XD

Oh yeah, Precious Whore! I got caught up in Japanese finals and stuff. :) I've translated some but not all of the rest... crappily as ever but hey, better than nothing. :) I'll send it on when I finish. There was some point when Gojyo's all making a pun, I think, and those are tough to translate 'cause they could mean one thing, another or both!

As for chips, they don't go to my hips but to my stomach. I have no ass. ;)

Ah I was not referring to that doujinshi^^' just one in general to help you improve your Japanese XD And I said no need to hurry, really.

Aw^.^ you know what you are doing to me with that clarification..me with the belly fetish ~D

And for the dessert course, you'll have to order these:

Not a potato chip, but close...and delicious! (I've tried chocolate-covered potato chips before, but the chips don't hold up well. It makes them taste bitter.)

I so don't need these, but I'm going to have to try some anyhow. Wish I could join you for the chip tasting party, but I'll be thinking about you!

And congrats on the Japanese...you deserve that A!!!

It is nice to live with your bestest bud, isn't it? Except, we don't need to go out to socialize. Which limits our dating. ;)
