1) I got to see [livejournal.com profile] tenel on Sunday, along with [livejournal.com profile] koshka_the_cat! [livejournal.com profile] sharpeslass and I had brunch with those lovely ladies at the Luxor. (Alliteration, squee!) We had lots of fun discussing geekism, vegetarianism, anime, hot guys, you name it. Hope you’re having a safe trip, [livejournal.com profile] tenel!

2) I has won an auction on [livejournal.com profile] livelongnmarry, raising money for California marriage equality organizations. I won [livejournal.com profile] andmydog's fic auction and so they will write a story for me squee! Except I am FAIL at prompts.

3) OMG I have the worst damn cramps imaginable. Where is the Advil? I was craving Burger King for a reason. (Burger King, unlike other fast-food joints, has a VEGGIE BURGER.)

4) For the second weekend in a row, both [livejournal.com profile] sharpeslass and I wrote pr0nfic. I did an 83, and she did a 58; hey, we have lives wait NO WE DON’T!

That’s it.

Just when i thought I figured out fan fic style terms, you throw in NUMBERS!

Okay, I'll bite, what's a 53 and an 83 mean, and, just for the heck of it, what's a 42 mean? :p Is there a glossary or somethng for the number definitions that I can link to?

Ha, those are Saiyuki-specific terms (Saiyuki is a manga/anime series that super-rocks). The numbers refer to the main character names because the kanji used in their names (in the native Japanese) refer to numbers. :) So 58 means a certain pairing, 83 means another pairing, etc.

42 is the answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything! The question to the answer of Life, the Universe, and Everything is, of course, "what is six times seven?"

Geek numbers. Gotta love 'em.
