Fic-Sticky-Post and Request for Help!
Aug. 30th, 2008 04:37 pmYay, I have tagged all the fic on my LJ and created a Sticky Post of All My Fic on LJ!
However, I realized that some stories I posted on other comms and don't have links to them on my own LJ. When y'all were tag-organizing your fics, and realized some were missing, did you just put up the stuff you were missing and date it in the past? DUH.
Thanks in advance for any guidance! :)

Date: 2008-08-30 11:45 pm (UTC)But! Yeah, you can backdate the entries so they don't show up on your flist, but depending on how many fics you have to post that might not be necessary. If it's just a few I seriously doubt anyone's gonna care or throw SPAM at you. *g*

Thanks for the advice! :)

Date: 2008-08-31 02:13 am (UTC)I only just starting writing fic in the past year, but yes, the one or two that I've posting elsewhere (usually saiyuki_time) and forgot about, I post and back-date. The one problem with that is, they won't come up in your friends' f-list pages (or rather, they do, but they'll be in date order and so your friends won't see them if they check their f-lists often).
And yays for tagging! One or two of my favorite fic writers don't, and I have to dig around to find their stuff ... . I only recently thought of adding them to memories. To quote Gojyo in Petit Burial, "Sharp as a tack, ain't I?"
