I just realized that I turn 39 in two days. Argh! Our 25-year-old mailroom guy told me "at least you're not 40 yet." I usually think 40 is young. Until I approach it. Such a hypocrite. :) Aw, I always get this way around my birthday. Ever since I turned 24 or so, I've managed to feel sorry for myself on my birthday. It's a personality flaw, I think.

I need porn. Will someone please write some unpretentious porn? Or if you're not of the porny persuasion, post me a picture of a pretty man?

40 is the best time! You have enough experience, but you're still vibrant enough to make the most of it.

You tell that 25-year-old ass that he shouldn't be so fast to dismiss 40. He doesn't know what he's missing. It's when women hit their stride.

LOL, your icon. I can say that for a few shows that I've watched. :) And yeah, he'll realize, someday. He told us once that he was dating an older woman, and she was, what, 27? Ah well, like I said, someday.
