Our pumpkins from Halloween-- sharpeslass probably has better.... mine was really dorky, as usual. I'm a "free-form" pumpkin carver and they all look special to their mommy:

Pumpkin in light (like the Veuve Cliquot corks as antennae?):



My pumpkin in the dark, with crappy camera, then enhanced using "auto levels" on Photoshop for a very arty effect:

And for complete randomness, it's pomegranate season! FUNNEST FRUIT EVER!

You peel them very, very carefully, and the juicy little arils just sorta fall out. :) I've done it in a bowl of water before, just to keep myself and everything around me from becoming pink.

:) I don't know why she didn't do a Hakkai pumpkin, but I guess pumpkins suit Goku better, maybe?
