OMG. (Buried Under Goodies)
Dec. 25th, 2008 04:27 pmHoly heck, I have been spoiled so rotten on Christmas that I can still barely comprehend it all. :) My lovely roomie,
sharpeslass, and I got up, opened some goodies, ate eggs Benedict (made by her), drank champagne, and opened more goodies. And opened. And I kept opening.
I got some of the most amazing stuff. One thing I must share with you all, especially: a while back, the lovely and supremely talented
saltcandy drew a Hakkai/Sanzo (PG-13) fanart that she said was inspired by a story of mine. I was in transports, of course, not only because of that but because the picture was gorgeous! Here’s the finished art post on saltcandy's journal.
Well, the sweet
sharpeslass got the originals, pencil and ink, from
saltcandy (who kindly let them go), and framed them for me! I was absolutely amazed and nearly speechless and I still am, really. :) Below the cut, check out some pics of my schwag:
The lovely framed fanart that is still making me drool, as I post:

And
sharpeslass made me one of her famous decoupage boxes, this one with a nummy 53 theme:

And here's a pic of some of my goodies. This doesn't even begin to cover it, I don't think. See, though, a lovely Tortoro blanket (softest thing I've ever felt, I think), a Saiyuki clock, makeup from Urban Decay (YAY), books, DVD, Saiyuki CDs, a "watashi heart yaoi" shirt, posters. Her mother HAND-MADE me a kimono from the most gorgeous green and gold silky material: I'll have to try it on and have a pic later. Oh, it just keeps going and going and it's all wonderful:

Oooh, and go check out
sharpeslass's journal for pics of the AWESOME mahjong set that
caeseria sent us, hee!
I am so, so spoiled and I don't deserve any of it. ::faints::
