My New Hair. & Misc pics.

I had a PMS-related "self-image" emergency last week. So I finally booked a hair appointment and had my hair chopped and colored and wheee, I needed it. It's a little shorter than I'm used to, but my hair grows so quickly I won't feel bald for long. :)

I asked for chop-chop-get-rid-of-it, an undercolor with red tints, and chunky blonde highlights. Here is what I got!



Here's my new hairdo after my hairdresser styled it (please excuse the office lighting, eeeek! It's so unflattering):




Here I am with re-washed and unstyled hair, with a tree growing out of my head thanks to Mom, woe. But the picture was taken in natural light, which I feel so much better about. :)

And just for randommness, here are some pics I took around our yard during our ice storm a couple weeks back. Look at our poor bird-feeder! We couldn't open it for days.










In other news, I'm almost done with Cryoburn. I'm taking my time with it, in an attempt to not read ::spoiler:: that I already know happens. Woe!

Yeah, it was super-easy! The first time I had blonde streaks put in the front (a couple years ago) she had to do some "stripping," but that was pretty painless. The last couple of times she's just painted it on, then foils. No problems!

Mine grows like that, too.. hee. ::hugs:: Good luck with the opening BTW. Artisan Jewelry eeeeee! I love.
